Belts with Dresses

For fall/winter of 2009 and 2010 accessorizing your dress with a wide, ornate, or skinny belt is the latest fashion trend. It’s a very fun way to spice up your look. Above is the beautiful Rachel Bilson in January of 2001 arriving at the Art Of Elysium’s 3rd Annual “Heaven” Black Tie Charity Gala in Beverly Hills. She’s wearing this adorable white dress, with little cap sleeves, and a wide black leather belt.
